1. Payment information

Introduction

We offer various payment methods in our online shop:

• Payment by credit card via Stripe
• Payment via PayPal
• Purchase on account via Klarna
• Pre-payment

Information for the individual payment methods is provided below.

1.1 Payment by credit card via Stripe

Stripe is a secure payment system for credit card payments. Stripe is simple and you can pay conveniently and securely with a credit card. You do not need to have a Stripe account to pay. When paying, you remain in our memorio webshop. The payment is processed in the background by Stripe using SSL encryption. Stripe prioritises data protection and security. Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China Union Pay credit cards.

1.2 Payment via PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

1. Select the "PayPal" option as the payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

1.3 Purchase on account via Klarna

In co-operation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. • Instalment purchase : With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
• Direct debit: The debit will be made after dispatch of the goods. You will be informed of the date by e-mail. (Please only list payment methods here that you offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. 1.4 Prepayment

If prepayment has been selected, payment is due immediately by bank transfer.

2. Shipping information

Introduction

We send our goods with an insured parcel via DHL.

2.1 Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs within Germany. We charge an additional € 10.00 to other EU countries.

2.2 Delivery time

After receipt of payment, we will send your badge as an insured parcel via DHL within 3 working days and you will also receive the link to track your shipment by email.
